Dr. Georgina V. Chew, DMD, MS
Dr. Georgina "Gina" Chew has devoted her career to the art and science of restoring smiles. She graduated from the prestigious Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1984, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine along with a Master's Degree in Prosthodontics, the specialty devoted to the function and appearance of the teeth and jaws. Her master's thesis, which she presented before the New York Academy of Dentistry, marked the beginning of a distinguished career in the field. That expertise soon led her to the USC School of Dentistry, where she taught Graduate Prosthetics. There she met Dr. Gregory Chew. They married soon after, and in 1986 they joined his father, Dr. George W. Chew, in the Thousand Oaks practice he had founded in 1961. Today, as the practice enters its seventh decade, Dr. Gina and Dr. Greg Chew carry forward its tradition of personal, family-centered care.

Dr. Chew's practice centers on prosthodontics: crowns, bridges, dentures, implant restorations and the replacement of missing teeth. With more than 40 years of experience, including teaching the discipline at the graduate level, she brings a rare depth of knowledge to even the most complex cases. Each treatment plan reflects her belief that a beautiful smile must also be comfortable, functional and built to last.
Patients know Dr. Chew for her honesty, patience and kindness. She takes the time to listen, explains every option clearly and never recommends treatment that isn't truly needed. Her calm, gentle manner puts nervous patients at ease, and her exacting attention to detail shows in every restoration she creates. Many of her patients have trusted her care for decades, and some now bring their children and grandchildren.
Away from the practice, Dr. Chew is an accomplished equestrian show jumper and an avid skier, passions she shares with her husband. She is also a devoted reader with a lifelong love of literature. Above all, she treasures time with her large, close-knit family. Whether she's in the saddle, on the slopes, lost in a good book or gathered with loved ones, she brings the same grace, warmth and devotion that her patients experience every day.
